  1. You are receiving SMS messages from Regional Management Corp. (“Regional” or “Regional Finance”) because you consented to receive messages at the time of your application.
  2. You will continue to receive messages related to your application and/or to the servicing of your Regional Finance account.
  3. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to unsubscribe. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to opt-in again, just reply “START” to the phone number you unsubscribed to, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  4. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance.
  5. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  6. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
  7. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that communications sent via SMS are secure because there are certain aspects of SMS usage that we are unable to control. If you need to send confidential information to Regional, do not send it via SMS. For customers, please instead call us, visit one of our branches, or send the information via U.S. mail. For job applicants, please call or email your recruiter.
