In 1987, Regional Finance began operations with four branches in South Carolina. We have since expanded to more than 350 branch locations in 19 states and are still growing. Regional Finance is owned and operated by our parent company, Regional Management Corp. (RMC), headquartered in Greer, South Carolina.
