New employees may also be eligible for incentive compensation upon successfully completing the required onboarding curriculum on time.

At Regional, we care deeply about our employees and understand that emergencies can cause significant hardship. To support our team members during severe emergencies, we have established the C.A.R.E. fund. This fund is optional and is supported by contributions from fellow team members. The C.A.R.E. fund allows team members to assist each other through donations, providing aid when a qualifying team member needs it.
