I am expressly authorizing, Regional Finance, its affiliates, and its parent corporation, Regional Management Corp., (together “Regional Finance”) to obtain and use a copy of my consumer report, from consumer reporting agencies, in connection with my prequalification request. I understand that the consumer reports obtained on me by Regional Finance for this prequalification check will be “soft pulls” and will not affect my credit score.

If I choose to complete a loan application, Regional Finance will obtain my consumer report from one or more consumer reporting agencies as “hard pulls” and these will result in an inquiry being placed on my credit report.
